George served four of his 13 years at Salesforce as COO, where he owned all major shared operational functions for the company. He also served in a variety of other management roles including VP of Product Marketing, SVP of Applications, EVP of Products, and Chief Marketing Officer. After leaving Salesforce at the end of 2014, George founded a workplace feedback startup called Peer that was acquired by Twitter in 2016. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Harvard College and a master's degree in business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. LaFawn Davis is the Global Head of Culture & Inclusion at Twilio, focused on elevating core values, leadership principles, inclusion, diversity and belonging through creative methods of education, inspiration and global employee engagement. She is a strategic leader with 15 years of experience in cultural change. Prior to joining Twilio, LaFawn led PayPal’s culture and inclusion strategy and grew a robust career in People Operations at Yahoo and Google -- focused on recruiting programs, D&I, performance and career management, employee engagement and business partner roles. Throughout her career, LaFawn has cultivated her passion for diversity through strategy and data insights, deepening relationships and strengthening communication channels within underrepresented communities in the technology industry.
Prior to People (HR), LaFawn enjoyed a varied career across operational management, engineering project management and business systems analysis. As a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, she attended San Jose State University with a focus on International Business and has held unique roles for Silicon Valley technology and financial companies.
Andrew is a Managing Director and Client Account Lead in Accenture Operations, leading diverse client teams to drive operational excellence and deliver value and Innovation for Clients across a number of horizontal markets. In addition, Andrew is a global Cross-Cultural lead and Executive Sponsor of Accenture’s award-winning African-Caribbean Network.
 Andrew works with the UK Executive Leadership team to ensure there is a focus on people of colour within the UK, and to mentor and support our next generation of leaders. Recognising the importance of diversity to support not only our business and our clients but also to change attitudes and enable progression not only within Accenture but also for the community and business networks he supports.
 Passionate about Inclusion and Diversity, Andrew is UK Chair and global co lead of the expansion committee for the  Executive Leadership Council, and builds awareness and positive change around key issues impacting BAME colleagues and won Outstanding Employee Network of the Year at the European Diversity Awards in 2015.
 He was also recognised within the EmPower Global BAME executives list, presented by the Financial Times as one of the top 50 BAME Executives in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
Michael Sherman is the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer for BT Group. Michael is responsible for pan-BT Business Strategy and driving transformational programmes for BT.
Prior to BT, Michael was a Partner and Managing Director with BCG where he worked with many of the world's leading technology and telecommunication c-suite executives on improving business and operational strategy. Michael is considered an expert in network telecommunications and enterprise software; he has published leading strategies on improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Michael was recognized by Savoy Magazine as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America. Also in 2016, Michael was recognized by the Financial Times and UPStanding as one of the top 100 executives in the US and UK who is fighting against discrimination and championing ethnic diversity and inclusion in the workplace and beyond.
Prior to BCG, Michael was a corporate officer for a supply chain software company focused on fast-moving consumer goods companies. Michael has a BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Duke University. He also has an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
Khalia currently sits on the Senior Leadership team of the Barclays Black Professionals Forum. In this role she is responsible for the promotion, retention and development of BAME talent across the Barclays Group including, most recently, devising a Director Leadership programme for diverse senior leaders. Outside of work, Khalia joined the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for STEM to create Government Policy to encourage those from BAME or non-traditional backgrounds into STEM careers. She has also worked alongside Business in the Community (BITC) to run a national campaign called ‘There is Hope’ to encourage MPs to draft new policies to guarantee employment to recent graduates. Khalia regularly participates in panel discussions and leads workshops on the topic of accessibility and the promotion and retention of diverse employees. She has received numerous awards and accolades, including the: Black British Business Awards, Rising Star (2016); We are the City, Rising Star (2017); Financial Times Top Three Ethnic Minority Future Leaders (2018) and has been shortlisted as a Rising Star for Women in Banking and Finance (2018) and the Precious Awards (2016).

Geoffrey has had  a diverse career journey starting his working life in the entertainment industry then moving into health care, rail and media for the last 20 years. He has worked in Human Resources for the last 10 years of his career and has experience in Recruitment, Talent Management,  learning and development, Organisational Design and Diversity and Inclusion.
Currently he is the head of Diversity & Inclusion at Thomson Reuters , where he works on strategy, culture and implementation of a D&I agenda and recently globally launched Thomson Reuters Diversity and Inclusion index, was award EY’s National Equality Standard.  Â
Geoffrey is also the co-founder of   www.RockingUrTeens.com a social enterprise that introduces young people to the real world of work & aims to connect the teens to a positive and vibrant futures.  This work has lead to Geoffrey been featured on the Financial Times top 100 ethnic minority leaders who are role models.  As well as sitting on the board of film production company www.oneumbrellaproductions.com. Â
Geoffrey is a creative who is committed to working to change the world of work so all people feel connect and understand the purpose of the work they are doing.
Dawood built Reluctantly Brave to improve access for ethnic minorities, and other underrepresented groups, to the creative industries.This is at the core of Reluctantly Brave's competitive advantage - being creative requires diverse thinkers. In this past year, he has led on the creation of a new corporate purpose, highlighting diversity and putting it at the forefront of everything they do. He also established alternative recruitment processes to avoid the industry’s ingrained biases against ethnic minority people. He and his team continue to coach and mentor young ethnic minority people, from those considering their educational choices to those already employed. Dawood has been numbed number 30 in the EMpower 100 ethnic minority leaders list in the FT.Â
Externally, Dawood is a Commissioner on the London Borough of Islington’s Fair Futures Commission, where he has a strong focus on improving the lives and opportunities of young ethnic minority people. He regularly takes on numerous speaking engagements to inspire young ethnic minority people, and more generally share learning on inclusion best practice. Additionally, Dawood’s youth programme within Reluctantly Brave saw him win a National Diversity Award, recognising his innovation in community inclusion efforts.
